		<description>I must say, I&#039;m really enjoying this series that you&#039;re doing. I think with a lot of aspiring game designers, producers and creative directors (myself included) really, really, really, really want those positions, but have no idea how to get there. I don&#039;t think it&#039;s similar to wanting to be a programmer or artist, where you can go to school and be sheer experience work your way to the top, it&#039;s, like you said, a matter of chance and friendships that lands you the job. For me, it&#039;s always reassuring and motivating to hear others&#039; stories of how they got the job that we want. Can&#039;t wait for part 3 and4!</description>
